We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Once dispatched, your item will arrive within the approximate timescales - please check shipping options.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Please note you may be contacted by designated courier to pay duties & taxes upon delivery, in order for your order to be delivered you must pay this balance. We will work towards providing a duties and tax free shipping option as we grow as a company.

We hope you love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right. You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. After the last day of your exchange period, you may return unwanted item(s) within 20 days from the day of purchase for a store card which can be used throughout the site.

Exchanges / will be issued up to 14 days from the date the product was received. Products should be returned unworn (other than trying them on), unwashed, undamaged, and unused with their original tags and secure packaging. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.
