We aim to process orders within 2-4 working days unless there is additional processing time stated within the product description. However due to high volumes, we may experience some delay in which all affected customers will be informed. The Other Layer Ltd will not be responsible for delay in shipment caused by holidays, weather conditions, custom issues and any other circumstances that is beyond our control. Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the delivery address therefore please ensure to input the correct delivery address at checkout.

We hope you love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right. You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund. After the last day of your exchange period, you may return unwanted item(s) within 20 days from the day of purchase for a store card which can be used throughout the site.

Our payment system is managed via PayPal and Sagepay, the world’s leading online payments systems.

When using a debit/credit card to make a purchase, you can use two methods. You can use Paypal to make purchase via debit/credit card without needing a Paypal Account. This alternative payment is located in the Paypal button at checkout.

The product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Vale-Added Tax (VAT). Shipping rates are applied pre order. The exact shipping rates depends on the country where your order is being delivered.
